In NYC’s finaincial district Open Squash has opened their facility featuring the latest technology including its lighting control that employs the Denton building automation platform for traditional light fixtures.  Replacing traditional lighting control panels, the AC based control system integrates with court cameras and training projector to dim the front lights when in training mode. All the lights are controllable via tablets in the managers office and supports local NYC energy code requirements. The system also includes five temperature sensors througout the facility to ensure that the HVAC system is informed with a multitude of data points (vs just one). The temperature in the locker rooms can be controlled differently from the courts using this array of data information.
