Liberty Harbor selected PoE Texas’ Denton DBI system to operate this 33 story luxury multi-family building overlooking the NYC skyline. This high end multi-family facility utilized the Denton Building automation system to deploy LED lighting throughout all the corridors and communal areas of the facility as a more cost effective alternative to traditional line voltage options. The system provides better light output and removed the need for conduit which helped reduce the cost to the installation
